Bista, Rana to go to Switzerland

LALITPUR: Olympians Deepak Bista and Sneha RL Rana are leaving for Switzerland to participate in the ninth International Athletes Forum slated for April 13-17 at the IOC Headquarters in Lausanne.

Shooter Rana will participate in the Athlete Commission programme from April 13-15, while South Asian recordholder taekwondo ace Bista is scheduled to take part in the Olympian Forum from April 15-17, informed Nepal Olympic Committee.

NOC President Jeevan Ram Shrestha bade farewell to the Olympians amidst a programme which was also attended by Chairman of Medical Commission Dr Saroj Krishna Shrestha, Olympian Umesh Maskey and Nepal National and International Players Association President Deepak Shrestha.
