Manu Tuilagi has been ruled out of England’s match-day squad on the eve of their Test against South Africa as the centre’s wretched run with injury continues.
The 27-year-old picked up an injury in training and his withdrawal means the Sale wing Chris Ashton comes on to the replacements bench for Saturday’s Test at Twickenham.
