KATHMANDU: Rishiram Pokhrel has been promoted to the chief of Financial Administration Department at the National Sports Council.
Pokhrel, who was working in the same department for a long time, got the responsibility after Kapil Mani Pokhrel retired from the post due to age limit.
The department staff on Monday bade farewell to retired chief and welcome the new boss.
